The objective of this project was to build a mobile payments application in South Africa. I was responsible for the web service development (SOAP), maintenance of the core authorization engine and maintenance of the existing gateways into the banking infrastructure. I assisted with the architecture of the system working closely with the system architect, assisted intermediate and junior programmers, and worked closely with the mobile development and developer testing teams.
